Many women are going back to school, taking online courses, and in general using education not only for enhancing their careers but also for self-fulfillment. It’s never too late to learn and many studies show that an active mind can potentially minimize Altzheimer’s and other degenerative diseases in addition to creating valuable new relationships.

You don’t have to go to school to learn so commit to reading a new (challenging) book, take up Sudoku, become multi-lingual or learn how to finally play chess. Use your mind—it’s a wonderful thing.
